Buyer beware
A seam in the elastic band of these shorts to begin unraveling after one week of wear and so I filed a warranty claim right away. I was shocked when Asics denied it with little to no explanation. The loose seam is a small defect now but it will only worsen in time leaving me with poorly fitting shorts. I appealed their initial decision and got the same response again. My take-away from this experience is that quality control/customer service is a very low priority at Asics. I've bought my last item from Asics.

Perfect blend of style, function and price. These Asics shorts are perfect for long practice sessions, match play or just relaxing. They are a lightweight, quick dry and comfortable fabric. Loose without being baggy and the 9 inch length will never be confused with Borg's 80s era short shorts.
