How your foot contacts the ground
The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.

Perfect shoe for driving a manual. I can feel the pedals clearly. Lightweight and comfortable to walk in.
Heel and toe is easy with these shoes.

Solid racing flat
Solid racing flat with the rocker plate. If you like the rocker feel, this is a solid choice. Firm with a slight give in the forefoot. Forward rolling feel. I train in the GlideRide2, this is the perfect companion flat for me.

I think I would be in love if these were a tad wider, especially the toes. I HATE toe squish and shoes like this are why runners have mangled feet. That being said they were super light. Heel and mid-foot felt great. I imagine these are quite fast. Sadly, So tight I wasn’t even going to try them out. Please make some foot shaped shoes like Altra with asics technology
