The foot lands on outside of the heel, then rolls inward (pronates) to absorb shock and support body weight.
The NOOSA TRI™ 14 shoe remixes archived inspiration with a sock-like fit. It’s formed with a lightweight construction and an efficient ride underfoot. Bold colors and patterns on the engineered mesh upper are inspired by the early GEL-NOOSA™ styles from the 2000s. Convenient features, like the tongue pull-tabs and toggled laces make the shoes easier to put on. This makes it more practical after exiting the swim stage of a triathlon or getting out the door quicker. With GUIDESOLE™ technology underfoot, these shoes help reduce ankle flexion. Its curved design allows you to conserve more energy while experiencing an easy forward roll.

Great road shoe
Great road shoe. I have had three pairs of the Noosa line and will continue to keep this as my go-to.

Disappointed
I did two shorter runs and they felt good, stack height and ground feel. I did one mid distance run 8.5 miles and it inflamed my plantar fasciitis. I haven't had this issue in several years. I probably will just use them for shorter tempo work or not at all. Sad because I really wanted them to work because I'm a triathlete and love the sockless feel and easy entry.

Try the Tri 14 Noosa, great trainer/race day shoe
So far, I’m loving the Noosa Tri 14! I’ve put over 50 miles on them and still happy I went with them over a second pair of the Nimbus 24’s which are great shoes as well. The Tri 14 are super versatile and good for long runs, tempo runs, and I fell like I could use these in a Half on race day if I was wanted a little extra comfort. I do wear a size 14 and they fit perfect. Plenty of room in the toe box and the lock down is great. I feel like they will make it to 400 miles with no problems.
