

You are your own competition. A holistic, meditative approach toward fitness works well for achieving mental peace. Removing all distractions while in an activity works as meditation in motion. Enjoy the activity you do even if hard. Presently my main drive is to work with new entrants giving them proper direction. Share with them the mindset, thought process of why are we in it, how to approach preparation for a race. We should not have self inflicted pressure.
