I am a husband, dad, ultra runner, doggo parent, lover of the outdoors and basically just a regular human.
I started running when I turned 30 and haven’t looked back since. I have done a few ultramarathons, somehow won 2 back to back which pleased my kids very much and I am always looking at ways to improve my running . I am a huge advocate for representation out in the trails as there is not enough of people who look like me at events and I am hoping the more events I do, the more it empowers others to give trail running ago. I also enjoy canicrossing with the dogs, no better way to bond with your fluffy buddy.
