OneASICS
Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the OneASICS™ membership Programme ("OneASICS" or "Programme"). OneASICS is provided to you by ASICS Europe B.V. ("ASICS", "we" or "us") and these terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your enrollment and participation in the Programme ("Membership").
The Programme will be provided via the designated ASICS website ("Website"), and ASICS App ("App"), which may be governed by separate terms such as the Terms and Conditions, and set out e.g. compatibility requirements for your device. Furthermore, separate guidelines, rules and/or terms of service setting forth additional or different terms and/or conditions may apply to your use of specific features or elements included in the Programme (in each such instance, and collectively, "Additional Terms"). Such Additional Terms will be provided to you in the Programme. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise.
OneASICS is a global membership Programme that rewards members for engaging with ASICS through purchases, physical activity, and other actions. Members earn Moves (a reward currency) for actions like buying products, joining the Programme, using ASICS apps, attending events, and completing movement streaks.
As members accumulate Moves, they unlock three reward levels, each offering a choice of curated rewards such as chances to win products, vouchers, experiences, or donations. Limitations may apply.
The Programme promotes sustained physical activity through monthly movement streaks.
2. Eligibility for Membership
- To be eligible to sign up for OneASICS, you must:

- have a valid email account; and
- be a legal resident and physically located in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, or United Kingdom. - If you meet all the above conditions, you are eligible to become a member of OneASICS ("Member") for your registered country of residence. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of either ASICS or ASICS’ affiliates are eligible for Membership in the Programme but may be excluded from certain promotions.
3. How to sign-up
- To sign-up as a Member of OneASICS, you can register on the Website, App (where applicable), in participating stores, race registration platforms (where applicable), via partner programmes, or via customer service, and following the steps. The Membership is free of charge and does not require you to make any purchase.
- Your Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may not be used for reselling or profit. It is your responsibility to keep your personal information, such as email and other contact details, up to date in your Member Account. Regarding the collection and use of personal data, please refer to Article 16 of these Terms.
- Benefits, Moves, and/or Rewards (as defined below) will not be awarded until a Member is confirmed, and the verification process is complete, subject to verification of compliance with these Terms and following validation of eligibility criteria in ASICS sole reasonable opinion. Some Benefits and/or Rewards may have age eligibility requirements.
4. Benefits, Moves and Rewards
ASICS or any affiliates of ASICS and/or other third parties where ASICS has a partnership (collectively, the "ASICS Partners") may provide Members from time to time with special offers, services, events, rewards, and much more during the term of their participation in the Programme.
- Benefits: Benefits are ongoing advantages available to all Members by default, without requiring Moves or level unlocks. These include features such as free shipping, Member-only offers, early access to products, birthday discounts, and access to ASICS Runkeeper Go™ trials. Benefits are designed to provide continuous value throughout your Membership and may vary by region. To be actively informed about certain Benefits, an email opt-in is required. Please refer to article 4.1 of these Terms to see what Benefits you are entitled to.
- Rewards: Rewards are specific items, experiences, or offers that Members can unlock by accumulating the required number of Moves and reaching defined reward levels. Rewards may include ASICS products, partner vouchers, exclusive experiences, or charitable donation options. Rewards are not always available and are subject to change periodically. Each reward may be subject to its own additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of redemption. Read below to see what you can do to gain Rewards.
- Moves: Moves are the reward currency of OneASICS. Members earn Moves by completing Qualifying Activities (as defined under article 4.3.2), which may include purchasing ASICS products, joining the Programme, using ASICS apps, attending events, and engaging in movement-based challenges such as monthly streaks. Moves have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are non-transferable. Moves are used solely to unlock rewards within the Programme and expire on the Annual Moves Reset (as defined under article 4.4), unless otherwise stated. Please refer to article 4.3 of these Terms to see what you can do to earn Moves.
If you are a new Member, you need to register for a OneASICS account as explained above, as soon as you register you are placed in level 1 and have access to the Benefits. These are listed in the table below.
The Moves, Rewards, and Benefits are offered on an individual basis and solely for each Member’s own Member Account.

As you earn Moves, you progress along a defined pathway toward unlocking new levels and rewards.
Members will be able to track their Moves accumulation and track their progress by logging in via:

Once a Reward Unlock level is achieved, you have 60 days to claim your reward. If you unlock multiple levels simultaneously, all claim windows will start on the same date and expire 60 days later.
The time remaining will be communicated via your Member dashboard.
If your Moves balance drops below the Reward Unlock Level threshold due to returns, your claim window will be cancelled.
Claim windows may continue for up to 60 days after your Annual Moves Reset. If a claim window expires without claiming, the level will lock until your next Annual Moves Reset or until you reach a higher level (which will re-unlock lower unclaimed levels with a new 60-day window).
4.3 Moves
Moves have no "real world" or cash value and are not redeemable for cash, transferable, or assignable for any reason or otherwise by operation of law. Moves have no purpose or use except as offered via the Programme. Accordingly, you may not purchase, sell, barter, offer to purchase, sell, or trade any Moves or other virtual items. Members shall not attempt to earn Moves that are obtained by any sort of malicious action (including, without limitation, by using any script, bot, or other automated means). Members cannot use Moves to purchase ASICS products.
If Members do not engage with activities/events that enable Members to earn Moves then they will not be eligible for Rewards, but will remain eligible for the Benefits.
If a Member makes a return, the Moves earned on that purchase will be deducted from the Member’s account.
ASICS may, in its sole discretion, at any time during the duration of this Programme, upon notice available on the Website or App (where applicable), decide to change the number of Moves awarded for any particular Qualifying Activity (as defined under article 4.3.2), delete any or all means to earn Moves, limit the number of times or frequencies a Member may earn Moves for engaging in a Qualifying Activity or engaging in the activity during a specific time period, and offer Moves earning opportunities to select groups of Members.
4.3.1 Accumulation of Moves:
You can collect Moves from your asics.com or ASICS App, or in store purchases in Europe, but you can only redeem rewards which are available in your registered country of residence.
The accumulation of Moves operates on a rolling 12-month cycle, beginning from each Member’s individual join date. A Member’s Moves balance will reset to zero on the Annual Moves Reset (as defined under article 4.4.), thereby initiating a new accumulation period. The lifetime of Moves cannot be extended.
4.3.2 What are the activities I can do to earn Moves?
Members may earn Moves via a range of transactional and non-transactional activities.
From time to time, ASICS and ASICS Partners may establish, at their sole discretion, activities pursuant to which Members may "earn" Moves ("Qualifying Activities"). Once a Qualifying Activity has been completed and verified, the corresponding number of Moves will appear in the Member Account.
Qualifying Activities may be updated from time to time by ASICS. Changes will be shown in the Member dashboard.
Examples are shown in the table below.

*Members can earn Moves by using the Runkeeper app for tracking activities (up to the cap referenced in article 4.4).
4.3.2.2. Transactional Qualifying Activities
When purchasing via the ASICS website, stores, or ASICS App, members will need to be logged into their account in order for a transaction to be recognised and earn Moves.
Only purchases from ASICS.com website in: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, or United Kingdom, hereafter “ASICS.com” or in participating stores accrue transactional Moves. Please see Appendix 1 to these Terms for the list of participating stores.
Moves will be credited to the Member Account as follows:
- For online purchases on the day of shipment of the order; and
- For retail purchases within the same day as the purchase.
In some periods, you may have the opportunity to earn bonus transactional Moves. These will apply only when advertised in the Rewards Store.
Examples of transactional bonus earn opportunities include:
Time period: For example, ‘Earn double Moves by making a purchase this week’ |
|---|
Spend/basket size: For example, ‘Earn double Moves when you spend over €200’ |
Category/product: For example, ‘Earn 50 bonus Moves by purchasing SportStyle shoes’ Channel: For example, ‘Earn triple Moves on spend via the ASICS website’ |
Seasonal: For example, ‘Transact 2x before Christmas and unlock 100 bonus Moves’ |
Lifecycle: For example, ‘We miss you. Come back to earn 3x bonus Moves’ |
The above are examples only and will only apply if shown in the Rewards Store.
4.3.3. Movement Streaks:
Members will be eligible to win prizes for maintaining movement streaks. Members will be invited to complete at least one RunKeeper tracked ‘physical’ movement activity (of at least 15 minutes) each week (Sunday to Sunday) for 4 weeks within a calendar month (Streaks start from the 1st of each month for all Members – provided that ASICS may change the applicable period from time to time).
For Members to participate in movement streaks, Members must use the RunKeeper app for tracking the Members movement activity.
Members will be able to see in their Member dashboard when they have completed a month activity streak.
4.4 Validity and expiration of Moves and Levels
Members have access to the benefits listed in these Terms.
All existing Members start in Level 1 as per the launch date of these Terms. Existing Member’s past activities are not eligible for Moves.
The Moves accumulation cycle runs over a 12-month rolling period from join date. All Moves in the Member’s balance expire on the Member’s join anniversary date ("Annual Moves Reset"). For example: if a Qualifying Activity occurred on 5 January of a given year, and you joined OneASICS on 10 February, then the Moves earned for the 5 January Qualifying Activity will expire on 10 February the same year.
Members will be sent a communication prior to their join date anniversary informing them that their Moves are about to expire.
Moves will not be valid unless earned in strict compliance with the requirements as established and intended by ASICS. Once earned, Moves will be available to you personally in your Member Account until their expiry date.
Certain Moves will be applied once per registered account. If a Member deletes their account and re-registers, they will not be eligible for an additional join bonus. The same applies for deleting and redownloading the App, rejoining the Programme, or unsubscribing and subscribing again to email communications.
ASICS retains the right to add Moves to a Member Account.
ASICS retains the right to remove Moves from a Member Account in case of fraud, abuse, poor behaviour, failure to comply with these Terms or misrepresentation by or on behalf of the Member.
Members will not be able to transfer Moves to other Member Accounts. Merging of Member Accounts belonging to the same person can only be done at ASICS sole discretion, when ASICS has confirmed, to ASICS sole satisfaction, that both of the Member Accounts belong to the same person.
Each activity, Moves earned, and expirations can be easily checked in your Member dashboard by logging in on ASICS.com at any time. If a Member believes that their Moves are not accurate, or that Moves earned were not credited they should contact our customer service team (please refer to Article 15 of these Terms for further details).
Moves Cap
The maximum number of Moves a Member can earn for non-transactional activities in a 12-month period is 90 Moves. Once you reach 90 non-transactional Moves, they will become capped at 90 until the next Annual Moves Reset. You can still earn Moves for Transactional Activities.
5. Term and termination
A Member Account, level status, accumulated Moves, vouchers, and Benefits associated with the account will be terminated:
- Upon request by the Member.
- Upon a Member's death.
- When ASICS deems it necessary due to the Member's conduct. For example, in cases of fraud, abuse, poor behaviour or misrepresentation on behalf of the member.
- In the event the Programme is cancelled
- If the Member Account becomes inactive.
5.1 Inactivity. Members must keep their Member Account active to earn Moves. Active for these purposes means any activity or interaction linked to your Member Account. This may include (to the extent this can be linked to your Member Account): online or offline purchases, opening any ASICS application, logging into your ASICS account , clicking on emails, any contact with the ASICS customer call center, use any other devices, like MotionID, FootID, PYR, or community space classes. If no new interaction with ASICS is registered for a consecutive 2 years, your Member Account will be deactivated and ASICS shall automatically expire all of your accrued and unused redeemable Benefits, Rewards and Moves. Please keep in mind that when your Member Account is deactivated, and unless ASICS is under a statutory obligation to retain certain types of data, your data (including personal data) associated with your Member Account will be erased from ASICS’ systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ASICS may, in its discretion, send you periodic notifications to remind you that your Moves will expire. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your Member Account, Moves, and Level status.
5.2 Termination by Members. You may cancel your Membership at any time through the Privacy Portal or by logging into your Member Account, selecting "Personal Details" and de-registering. Please note that cancelling your Membership means that (i) all of your Moves will be automatically forfeited, and (ii) you will only be able to shop at asics.com, ASICS app and participating retail stores using the guest check-out.
5.3 Termination by ASICS. ASICS reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Programme or any aspect or feature of the Programme, including Benefits, Rewards, Moves, and/or extend or shorten the current Programme Period at any time upon reasonable notice to the Member, unless immediate termination, modification, and/or cancellation is permitted for legal reasons. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ASICS may immediately and without notice terminate your Membership and/or revoke any or all Moves if, in the sole opinion of ASICS, you:
- abuse any OneASICS privileges;
- fraudulently use OneASICS;
- fail to comply with these Terms;
- assign, transfer, merge, purchase, sell, auction or trade Benefits or Rewards, or your Member Account; or
- earn Moves through deception, forgery and/or fraud.
Where the Member Account is terminated by ASICS for any reason, the Moves accumulated will not be redeemable, and no compensation shall be due for unspent Moves.
6. Ownership of the Programme
6.1. Ownership. Any and all materials integrated in the Programme (the "Content") and the Programme itself (including past, present, and future versions) are owned by or licensed to ASICS and can only be used with prior written approval of ASICS. 6.2. License to use. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and any Additional Terms, ASICS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, personal, and non-transferable license to use certain Content that ASICS, from time to time, may make available on the Programme explicitly for you to use as part of or to be incorporated into your User Content (as defined below) ("ASICS Licensed Elements"), but only for such purposes as may be explicitly stated at the time that the ASICS Licensed Elements are made available on the Programme. Even though all of this is strictly prohibited, there is a small chance that Members might become exposed to such items. Each Member acknowledges that ASICS does not monitor User Content in advance, and that ASICS is not responsible for the exposure to such items.
Your participation in the Programme is subject to these additional rules that are part of our Code of Conduct:
9.2. Your User Content. All of your User Content either must be your content or you must have all necessary rights in it from third parties in order to permit you to comply with these Terms and any Additional Terms. Your User Content should not contain any visible logos, phrases, or trademarks that belong to third parties. If you submit User Content that we reasonably believe violates the Code of Conduct, then we may take any legally available action that we deem appropriate, in our sole discretion. However, we are not obligated to take any action not required by law. We may require, at any time, proof of the permissions referred to above in a form acceptable to us. Nor does ASICS warrant that Members will be able to access or use the Programme and/or Website without problems or interruptions.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ASICS and/or its affiliates will not be liable for any damage that is the result of your use of or your activities in connection with the Programme, Content, User Content and/or Website, except where such damage is the result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of ASICS' executive management. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ASICS’ liability arising from mandatory consumer rights or other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, defend (at our option), and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability resulting from or in connection your breach of these Terms and your User Content that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any right of any third party.
