About me

My name is Shaun, I come originally from London, but have been living in Denmark for the last nine years. I love running, both competitively and as a means of leisure, with friends and also alone. Running has helped me in ways that you cannot imagine - both physically and mentally. And I love being a part of the ASICS Frontrunner community, as it gives me the opportunity to share and promote my passion, while being able to connect with and meet great people!
