About me

Ally Sieff, 24 years old. I’m a strength and conditioning coach in Cape Town with a passion for movement. I used to only feel comfortable in the gym and for years I told myself that I was just not made to be a runner. But a year ago I decided to finally give it a real chance and within a few months I had truly fallen in love with everything the sport has to offer. Especially trail running! I’m not a very fast runner, but I’ve come to realise that’s okay, and my goal is to inspire others to get out there too, no matter what.
