I’m Erin, a 27 year old with a love for running and a belief that progress isn’t always loud or linear. My first big injury reminded me that it’s not about how fast or far you go, but about movement as a form of care, connection and grounding. I’m passionate about building a community where you can be ambitious and still be gentle with yourself, and where simply showing up is always enough.
