Passionate about sports and running, healthy food lover. I love nature and the mountains, that's why trail running has a special place in my heart.
Running became a way of disconnecting from everyday life stressors, reconnecting with nature and myself, and gaining mental health.
Apart from running, I love doing rhythmic gymnastics, riding on horseback, Hyrox style/Hybrid workouts, going to the gym, skiing and padel/tennis.
