I’m a Husband and Daddy of 2 from Leeds and I found running again in 2017, primarily as a way to lose weight but then very quickly realised how amazing I felt after time on the trails. Time for myself, time with friends, flushing away work and life stress, it just all made sense. I haven’t looked back!
