Gray is a running coach and personal trainer with over 10 years of coaching experience. He has a master’s certification in the Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko breathing methods and is a Qi Gong enthusiast. Gray believes that true health and vitality are nourished by focusing your mind, listening to your body, tuning into your natural flow of breath, and moving with intention. He is the founder of Adventures in Movement & Breath.
