Roos Tji

Roos is a triathlete, coach and mindful movement expert. She works closely with clients to support both their physical and emotional goals. She believes that the mind and body are connected and helps her clients and teams manage issues like stress and burn-out. Her focus on mindful movement is designed to bring people’s awareness into the present moment.
