I was born in France and now call Dublin home. Growing up, studying, and working in different countries have shaped both my outlook and resilience. Away from running, I’m a husband and father to three lively daughters who keep me on my toes.
When I’m not working or with family, you’ll usually find me running. Movement has always been part of my life, whether chasing time, buses, planes, or boats. Running marathons taught me that you only discover what you’re capable of when you give yourself a chance.
In 2024, I had the privilege of running the Paris Olympics “Marathon for All,” turning a distant dream into reality. Earlier this year, I reached a milestone by completing my 20th marathon in Seville alongside 100 fellow ASICS FrontRunners.
This year has been filled with new challenges and milestones: my first Ultra Trail at the EcoTrail Wicklow (46 km) in September, the Dublin Marathon in October, and now preparing to chase a personal best in Valencia next month. Each goal has taken me out of my comfort zone and kept me motivated to grow stronger.
For me, running is more than exercise. It is the foundation of balance and well-being. Each stride transforms challenges into strength and doubt into belief. The greatest reward is being able to share this passion and inspire others to find their own rhythm, on the road, the trail, and in life.
