I was born in France and now live in Dublin. I’m a husband and father to three daughters, which means life is rarely quiet and never predictable.
When I’m not working or with my family, I’m usually running.
Movement has always been part of my life, whether chasing buses, planes, or boats around the world.
Marathons taught me that progress doesn’t come from big moments, but from showing up when no one’s watching.
In 2024, I had the privilege of running the Paris Olympics “Marathon for All”, turning a distant idea into something very real.
Earlier last year, I completed my 20th marathon in Seville alongside 100 fellow ASICS FrontRunners. Not a finish line I’d imagined years ago, but one I earned step by step.
Last year also pushed me into new a territory. I took on my first ultra trail at EcoTrail Wicklow and ran the Dublin Marathon.
Different formats, same lesson: stay patient, stay consistent, and let the work compound.
This year is about continuing that path.
Training seriously, staying consistent, and focusing on progress over noise. There are plenty of objectives ahead on roads, trails and beyond running.
My next challenge on the calendar is the Paris Marathon.
