Originally from the USA, I now call London my home. I am a mum of three, entrepreneur, triathlete & marathon runner. I am also a certified personal trainer and founder of Asian Girls Run club. When I am not helping others to reach their fitness goals, your can find me in the gym lifting or in the kitchen cooking! I hugely value family time, culture and love to share the impact movement has on not only the physical body, but also on our minds.
