Om mig

I'm an Aussie, loving the great British outdoors. A PT, yoga and movement coach, I'm passionate about moving to feel good, helping others to find comfort in their bodies, and I'm excited to be getting fitter with age. Find me camping, hiking, trail running, and chilling in beer gardens at every opportunity in the summer
