Who is the GEL-KAYANO^® series for?

The GEL-KAYANO^® shoe is our most advanced stability trainer, designed to help guide your foot forward for support in every step. We suggest trying the GEL-KAYANO^® 33 shoe if you want a cushioned daily trainer with smooth, comfortable stability.

What’s Familiar

The GEL-KAYANO^® 33 shoe keeps some key features from its last iteration. Strategically placed under the heel, PureGEL™ technology helps deliver enhanced shock absorption and soft, cushioned landings. The shoe also retains the HYBRID ASICSGRIP™ outsole, engineered to help provide advanced grip and durability underfoot.

As always, we implemented our kaizen ("continuous improvement") design philosophy to make the GEL-KAYANO® 33 shoe the best version yet. Here's what's new:

FLUIDSUPPORT™ Technology

The GEL-KAYANO^® 33 shoe introduces FLUIDSUPPORT™ technology, a reimagined stability experience replacing the previous 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM™. FLUIDSUPPORT™ technology combines dual-layer cushioning with advanced geometry for smooth, comfortable stability in every stride.

Advanced Dual-Layer Cushioning

For the first time, the GEL-KAYANO^® 33 shoe features two layers of advanced cushioning. The top layer of FF BLAST™ MAX foam delivers soft comfort and great energy return, while FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning below adds enhanced stability.
