Why I Believe Kickboxing Will Improve Your Running!

Martial Arts was the only sport I use to do before I took up running eight years ago. Having done many years of strength and body conditioning and with several black belts behind my name in various martial art forms. I found running somewhat easier than had I just started from scratch. Here's a few reasons why I believe mixing your running with a few kickboxing classes will make you stronger and faster!

My journey into running started 4 years ago, I didn't know what I was doing but I just got running shoes and hit the road. What started as a hobby turned in to a passion, as I realised I enjoyed what running did for me mentally.
