The Perfect Lightweight Trail Racing shoe for me! It is light, responsive and gives the necessary support for shorted faster run! I love that it has laces and the old-school vibes that go with it. It has a laces garage on the tonge of the shoe that you can neatly tuck in your laces. I find being a woman with somewhat smaller feet the laces work the best for me. When using other lacing systems I’m left with ‘so much’ extra lacing cord, and it’s hard to loop through anything other than a lacing garage. So that is a big plus for me because my laces are safely tucked away and I can’t get caught on anything, and believe me, it happens!
This is a great entry level runner shoe for any trail runner looking for something light and responsive, it won’t break the bank and it will give you a great ride with allot of kilometres in my opinion!
On longer runs through I do prefer a shoe that has a rock plate or a bit more protection on the bottom, on very rocky and technical terrain I find I can feel the rocks. But this shoe I feel was made for speed, rather than endurance, so remember to use it for the right application. It is wonderfully flexible and allows uncompromised movement!
The shoe has the signature up and down lugs from ASICS grip, which I love! There is something about running uphill and receiving that extra support from your shoe when it grips onto the surface and allows you to push forward!

I love the colours – Orange is my absolute fave colour and the charcoal makes for easy clean.
