About me

I’m Lara, a 25 year old trail runner and motion designer from Cape Town with a deep passion for the mountains! Growing up in an active family, I was no stranger to track athletics, road running, and eventually trail running! At first intimidated by the sport, the fear melted away when I started making friends with the lovely girls and women in the Cape Town trail community. I hope to encourage more women to hit the trails, inspire them to run strong, and to have some fun mountains!
