About me

I’m Musa Dliso,is an insurance professional and a passionate runner, mostly endurance running.
Started my running journey back in 2014 as a way to cope with work and life stresses and that became a passion and I started challenging myself by setting new running goals every year, nothing like challenging the mind and body.

As an ASICS Front Runner, my goal is to help the running community realize that nothing is impossible and you can achieve anything, even if it’s doing your first run to running a marathon, I will scream my lungs out cheering for any runner as I know the journey can be incredibly difficult physically and mentally.
