Nthabi Mahloko , 30 years old, passionate about shifting the narrative and championing healthier living, particularly within the Black community, to help combat lifestyle-induced diseases. After completing my first marathon last year, I am now training for my debut ultramarathon in April, driven by the belief that running is a powerful tool for your body, mind and soul.
