Physical progress is usually one of the main reasons people start moving their bodies, but it is extremely important that we appreciate the progress, in all avenues.
When we decide to change for the better, take notice of how your mindset changes, your confidence within yourself increases, your attitude towards life and various situations seem easier to tackle and the most important one of them all. Notice how your self esteem and your body appreciation simultaneously influence each other, which lets your metal health improve.
However, more so now than ever before, we are feeling a sense of pressure from the world around us...
- We cant be too small- Then we are called Anorexic.
- We cant be too big - Then they think you eat too much and don't watch your weight.
- We cant be to masculine -Then they think we are trying to outdo men.
- We cant be outspoken - Then they think we are too confident.
- We cant be too shy- Then its believed that we cant stand up for our-self.
- We cant run so fast - Then its believed we are taking supplements to enhance our fitness.
There is an answer for everything we do and an opinion on how we look. It is such a pity because there are so many people who want to do their best and better themselves, but cannot face the tune of what others have to say around them. "Don't listen, treat it as background noise". Is by far a very easy statement to make, but to practice , is another story.
We are surrounded by people every single day. Be it at work, at the gym training, social circles and indirectly on our cellphones through social media apps, we have people consuming and judging us. That is why it is so important who you allow into our space. Who you give your time to, who you follow on social media and who you associate with.
Negative opinions breed negative mindset. Someone who is not successful in any avenue of life, will somehow find something to pick on you about and try bring you down, but will still whisper about your success to others...
