Step 1.
Stand on one foot and bend your knee until it is aligned with the tip of your shoe.
Hold this position for 5 seconds.
Step 2.
Close the eye opposite to your supporting leg, and observe the alignment of your knee with the tip of your foot.
Neutral.
Your knee is in line with your foot or goes slightly outward.
Overpronator.
Your knee goes slightly towards the inside of your foot.
