My name is Bianca, I’m 26 years old, and I’m Italian living in Copenhagen.

I started running about a year and a half ago, and I completely fell in love with it. I discovered a passion that helped me overcome challenges, find purpose, and transform my life. Crossing the finish line showed me that my limits were often in my head, not in my legs.

I’ve completed four half marathons — twice in Copenhagen, as well as in Milan and Rome — and the Copenhagen Marathon, which became one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Running has become more than training; it’s how I challenge my mind, connect with people, and feel truly happy.

Being a foreigner in Copenhagen, the running community helped me build a social life and make friends who share my passion. Joining a run club gave me motivation and support, and now my favorite Sunday plan is a long run with friends, followed by breakfast together.
