My name is Nicolas, I’m based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and running has become a big part of my everyday life.

I only started running in September 2023. What began as a simple healthy habit, quickly turned into a deep passion for endurance, routine, and personal growth. Since then, I’ve completed five marathons and learned how much consistency and patience really matter.

A big part of my motivation comes from sharing kilometres with others. Running through Copenhagen, joining social runs, and chatting mid-stride make the kilometres feel lighter and the experience more meaningful.

I enjoy documenting the honest side of running — early mornings, tired legs, good conversations, and the small progress that comes from showing up again and again.

For me, running isn’t just about performance. It’s about connection, movement, and being part of a culture that welcomes everyone.

I’m proud to be part of the ASICS FrontRunner team and grateful for the chance to help spread the joy of running.
