Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the O2C team in implementing their communication strategy and streamlining content distribution across the organisation. In this role, you'll help bridge capacity gaps by creating communication materials, documenting processes, and ensuring data quality across all EMEA regions, whilst facilitating collaboration between regional teams and maintaining operational efficiency.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support the seasonal sales preparation and regional initiatives.
• Ensure B2B data quality assurance is maintained consistently across all EMEA regions.
• Document comprehensive standard operating procedures for B2B operations, Service Now Operations Coordinators Services, and Central Operations Team processes.
• Facilitate the translation and local adaptation of B2B training materials to support regional initiatives and seasonal sales preparation.
• Generate and distribute regular reports covering Condition Contracts, B2B data, incomplete orders, Service Now tickets, and Item and Customer Master Data.
• Create content and distribute email communication, training material, project related, O2C templates, Mina intranet posts and MS team posts for internal communication.

You have the following skills:

• Corporate communications, marketing, or project management studies.
• Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Cross-functional teamwork with independent working capability.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be enrolled at a Dutch University for the entire duration of the internship.
• Availability from February for 5-6 months.
