A propos de moi

I’m Emma Watson, a British Personal Trainer, living in Kuwait.
I’ve been running consistently for the past 10 years and running was the sport that introduced me to the fitness industry and has since created so many opportunities for me. Movement is a huge passion of mine and I follow a hybrid approach combining both strength training and running with the belief that you can absolutely combine a variety of sports simultaneously. As someone who has a huge passion for health and fitness as a whole, being an ASICS FrontRunner gives me the opportunity and platform to inspire more people to start their journey and ultimately reach their full potential.
