'I'm not just the typical 36-year-old working woman. My life is a blend of corporate responsibilities, athletic pursuits, community involvement, and most importantly, a passion that turned into a purpose that carved my own extraordinary path.
My days start before the sun has fully embraced the horizon. As the city stirs to life, I'm already embarked on my first victory of the day: stepping out into the humid summer air or chilly winter breeze for a 5 a.m. run. These moments of solitude, where my determination overrides the temptation to stay in bed, are where my mental strength shines brightest.
But this wasn’t always my reality. Years ago, my lifestyle was far from healthy. Running became my remedy—a way to rewrite my story. It was never about trophies or standing atop podiums; for me, running was a testament to the human spirit's ability to overcome. With every stride, I wasn’t just chasing a new personal best (PB); I was chasing freedom—freedom from unhealthy habits, self-doubt, and limitations.
It wasn’t long before my journey expanded into uncharted waters—literally. Learning to swim became a courageous step to confront lingering fears, turning trauma into triumph. And as cycling joined the mix, my spark ignited into a roaring flame: the dream of becoming a triathlete.
By 2016, I was competing across triathlon distances— Sprint, Olympic, and IM 70.3—all in a single year. My endless enthusiasm for sports fitness led me to paths all over the globe. Currently I have finished 8 Marathons (4 Abbot Majors), 3 Ultramarathons, 8 IM70.3 Triathlon (1 IM70.3 Workd Championship) and several running, cycling and short distances triathlons.
That passion was now a lifestyle, but I didn’t stop there. Sharing my expertise and fostering a sense of community, I embrace to became a core member of the Filipino International Triathlon Club UAE Chapter and 3F Striders Club. My knowledge of running and fitness wasn’t just for me to keep; it became my gift to others, helping them achieve their own goals—whether perfecting running technique or overcoming swimming challenges.
Alongside my athletic endeavors, my commitment to community has always been unwavering. Whether I volunteering at church, participating in local activities, or mentoring budding athletes, I can prove that true fulfillment comes from lifting others. Earning my International Certified Personal Coaching Certificate through NASM in 2022 and Swim America coaching certification in 2025 solidified my role as a guide for those striving for greatness.
