A propos de moi
Hi, I'm Praxy — an Indian runner proudly part of the ASICS Frontrunner Germany team. Running has been more than just a sport for me — it’s been a lifeline. It helped me navigate through some of the toughest phases of my life: battling depression, overcoming alcohol, grieving the loss of both my parents, and finding the strength to leave behind toxic relationships.
I found freedom and healing through movement — and from marathons to trail runs to my longest run so far — a 100km ultramarathon in 2023 — I’ve fallen in love with endurance. In 2024, I debu the triathlon world with some short distances, and I’m only just getting started!
I believe in the ASICS philosophy of Sound Mind, Sound Body and hope to inspire others to move, heal, and grow — no matter where they are in their journey.
My philosophy in life? No matter where you are, keep moving and keep smiling — life will be fine. 😊
