Ahmed Ismail Al Hammadi age: 38 , profession: legal counsel I started running because I needed clarity—mentally, emotionally, even spiritually. At first, it was just an escape—a way to deal with stress. But over time, it became a form of therapy, a discipline, and eventually, a passion.
I’m motivated by the feeling that I’m becoming a better version of myself with every step. It’s where my thoughts settle, and my body reminds me of what it’s capable of. Sometimes it’s hard, but I lean into that. I feel alive, focused, present. After? That’s when the reward comes—the calm, the pride, the mental reset. It feels like starting fresh every time.
My 'why' is growth. I run to test my limits, to build resilience, and to reconnect with myself. It’s a daily reminder that I am responsible for my effort—and my evolution.
