I'm a mindset and mental well-being coach, based in London. I also created Run Your Mind, a weekly run community focused on mental health.
I got into running to help me take care of my own mind, test what my body is capable of and am grateful for the community I have found from it since.
I'm excited to get started as an ASICS FrontRunner and encourage more people to get into running and see the benefits from doing so.
