I am Bané , wife, and mum of two who has always had sports as a constant in my life. Thanks to my dad, movement has always been part of my identity and running became my lifeline.
It makes me stronger, with a renewed sense of balance and purpose.
From local races , trails to breathtaking places and meeting people from diverse backgrounds, running opened up a world of possibility.
Running has taught me that it's the most collective of individual sports—open to everyone, regardless of who they are or where they come from ! From walking to ultrarunning, there is a place for EVERYONE.
You don't need to be an elite athlete to take that first step; it's about progress, not perfection. Resilience isn’t about speed or distance
