About me

Hi ich bin Stefan und komme aus Wien. Meine Leidenschaft zum Laufen begann als ich für meinen ersten Marathon trainierte. Konstant über einen längeren Zeitraum zu trainieren und dabei noch Disziplin zu beweisen machte mich süchtig nach mehr. Mittlerweilen laufe ich mindestens 2 Marathons und unzählige Halbmarathons pro Jahr. Laufen gibt mir ein Gefühl von Freiheit und Gesundheit für meinen Körper und Geist.
