Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by managing recruitment processes and supporting Talent initiatives across the organisation. As HR Recruitment Graduate, you will work closely with hiring managers on candidate selection, coordinate job postings and interviews, whilst also contributing to employer branding and talent projects.
Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, Recruiters and HRBP’s to find and select the right quality and quantity of candidates.
- Support with posting jobs on diverse online platforms, CV-selection, pre-screen calls, salary negotiations and interviews.
- Identify and work on opportunities to improve our recruitment process, including systems.
- Contribute to employer branding projects.
- Support recruitment systems and HR initiatives across the organisation.
You have the following skills:
- Background in Human Resources Management or related business disciplines.
- Proactivity and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience or keen interest in sports and fashion retail industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
