Bring your items to any ASICS store or ASICS outlet store* near you for easy, free returns.
Please bring the original proof of purchase - order confirmation email, order number, email, or receipt. If the return is accepted, ASICS will refund the original payment source. If the items were shipped to you, please note that shipping is not refundable. To find your closest store, use our store locator link below.
*Please note that ASICS does not accept return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than asics.com and www.outlet.asics.com. To return products purchased at another store or website, including authorized ASICS retailers, please return the product to the retail location where it was purchased or by another process provided by that retailer or seller.
Online return policy
How to return your purchase
You can return your online order for 30 days from the date you receive it, provided the goods are in their original condition. Please make sure that:
• All tags/labels are still attached to the product
• The material is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• The product is in its original packaging
4. After the parcel is on its way back to us, we should receive it within 15 working days. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed and your refund is being issued - this can take another 3-5 days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase, and the amount will include the cost of the product and any VAT.
Return policy for OneASICS members
OneASICS™ members have a 90-day trial on all footwear, apparel and accessories bought on asics.com (does not apply on outlet.asics.com).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return footwear, apparel or accessories with or without original tags. You can apply to be a OneASICS member for free here
