Who is eligible for the healthcare worker discounts?

Subject to Program terms, most types of medical professionals including doctors, nurses, and medical researchers, are eligible for the discount. Eligibility is subject to verification. The Healthcare Worker Discount is not available to residents of Belgium, Portugal, or Poland. Student eligibility in these countries remains unaffected.

Who is eligible for the student discount?

We offer students a 10% discount on selected full-price footwear and 10% discount on selected full-price clothing and accessories, available both online and in our retail stores. Subject to Program terms and conditions, the student discount is available to a broad range of students across Europe. This includes undergraduates (for the upcoming academic year), current university and college students, as well as those enrolled in postgraduate, professional, or doctoral programs. Eligibility is subject to verification.

Do I need to be a OneASICS™ member to be eligible for my discount?

Yes. To verify your eligibility for an ASICS discount Program through SheerID, you must first be a OneASICS™ member. To sign up for the OneASICS™ Program, please click here.

What is SheerID?

ASICS partners with SheerID, a trusted third-party service provider, to verify and confirm your eligibility for an ASICS discount Program through their verification process. SheerID conducts the verification process independently from ASICS and may request information or documentation to confirm your eligibility. What kind of documentation do I need to upload?

How long does it take for SheerID to verify my eligibility?

In most cases, verification is almost instantaneous; however, occasionally verification requires a document review and can take up to 20 minutes. Once your status has been verified, you will be notified via email, and your discount eligibility will be reflected within your OneASICS™ account. Please note, however, that verification is not guaranteed, and you may be denied eligibility.

Do I need to verify my eligibility with SheerID every time I place an order?

No, once your eligibility has been verified with SheerID, it will remain valid within your OneASICS™ account for one (1) year. After that, you’ll need to re-verify your eligibility with SheerID annually to continue receiving the discount.

How do I apply my discount?

Subject to Program terms, once your status has been verified, your discount will be available within your OneASICS™ account. Once logged in, for an online purchase, you will have the option to apply your discount to qualifying products from within your Shopping Bag prior to checkout.

How often may I use my discount?

Subject to Program terms, once your status has been verified, you can use your discount on up to one (1) purchase per 90-day period. The discount cannot be applied to sale or reduced-priced merchandise, or combined with any other offer, coupon, discount, or benefit. Please note, your discount is intended solely for personal use. Any purchase of products for resale or any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, and/or violation or abuse of this Program will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.

Can I use this discount in an ASICS Retail Store?

No, the discount cannot be redeemed at ASICS Retail Stores. It is only valid through ASICS.com throughout Europe.

Program Terms

• The ASICS Discount Program (the “Program”) is available to the following community groups (each, a “Community”): Healthcare Workers and Students. Please note that each Community may have its own specific eligibility requirements and may offer different discount percentages (each a “Discount”). Participants may only be eligible for and verified under one (1) Community at a time.

• The Program is provided by ASICS Europe B.V. (“ASICS”) and these Program Terms (the "Terms") govern your enrolment and participation in the Program.

• To be eligible for the Program, you must: (1) be an active OneASICS™ member; (2) be a current resident of a country where the Program is offered and (3) provide verification of your eligibility for one (1) Community to our third party ID verification provider, SheerID. If you no longer meet these eligibility requirements or if you terminate your OneASICS™ account, your participation in the Program will be terminated. Please note that verification is not guaranteed, and you may be denied eligibility where verification is unsuccessful or cannot be completed.

• Once you have been verified by SheerID and deemed eligible for the Program, you may apply your Discount on up to one (1) purchase per 90-day period, at ASICS.com. Taxes and shipping charges are calculated after the discount has been applied.

• Unused Discounts do not roll over to future 90-day periods; any Discount not used within a given 90-day period will automatically expire and be forfeited.

• The Discount is subject to availability and is valid only while supplies last on eligible full-priced in-stock products. The Discount does not apply to sale or reduced-priced products and may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, promotions, or benefits. Certain other restrictions and exclusions may apply.

• The Discount does not apply to prior purchases, gift cards, gift certificates, taxes, or shipping and handling charges. The Discount has no cash value and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and is not redeemable for cash, cash equivalent, or store credit.

• Participation in the Program is personal, non-transferable and Discounts are to be used exclusively for the benefit of the verified participant only. Products ordered must solely be for the verified participant’s personal use. No orders will be accepted for or on behalf of others than the participant under this Program. Any purchase of products using your discount for resale or any other commercial purpose is strictly prohibited. ASICS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review and cancel any orders that it suspects are intended for resale or any other commercial use or purpose, including but not limited to orders with unusual quantities, patterns, or other indicators of resale activity. Any suspected fraudulent activity, bulk ordering, resale, violation, and/or abuse of this Program or these terms will result in immediate account suspension and/or order cancellation, deactivation of your Discount, or other appropriate action and may void the warranty and return policies related thereto.

• ASICS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, extend, or terminate this Program, these Terms or any Discount upon reasonable notice.

• ASICS products purchased under this Program are subject to any applicable ASICS policies, including, without limitation, ASICS’ Terms and conditions, Promotions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy.
• For any return or warranty service, including any credit given, the discounted purchase price of the product paid by you shall be used, and not the full, non-discounted price of the product.
• If any provision of these Terms for any reason is deemed invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator of the competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms, and the invalidity of the provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of these Terms (which will remain in full force and effect).Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
