Laura has been running for most of her life, but it wasn’t always her passion. At 16, after a challenging school period and an exchange year, she started running again—at first just to lose weight. But soon, she discovered something much more valuable: the power of movement to clear her mind, find balance and reconnect with herself. Years later, when she moved from Germany to the Netherlands, running became her anchor once again. In an unfamiliar country, with a new job and a language barrier, running was the one thing that felt familiar. Step by step, it helped her find her footing. What started as a way to cope turned into a deep love for endurance sports, leading her to run multiple marathons and take on the challenge of triathlon.
