Do I need a OneASICS™ account to access benefits?

Yes, registering as a OneASICS member is the only way to receive all benefits and rewards. In order to receive promotions, discounts and early access to sales, you must opt in to to receive our email communications. You may subscribe via the subscription section in the footer of asics.com or through your Member Account.

How do I register for a OneASICS™ membership?

Option 1: Online You can register online at  asics.com. If you have an existing account with the Runkeeper™ or ASICS Studio™ apps, you may use the same email address and password to log in to OneASICS on asics.com.  Option 2: In-store You can ask a store associate to sign you up at checkout, or do it yourself by following the available QR codes.  Option : ASICS Mobile app You can register through the ASICS app.

How long does my OneASICS™ account stay active? Will it expire?

We will delete your account and your personal data upon your request or up to thirty (30) days after it has become inactive for an extended period of time. We will consider your account ‘inactive’ when you haven’t used your OneASICS account or another ASICS account for a period of two (2) years. Before your account becomes inactive, we will notify you to use your OneASICS to prevent your account from becoming inactive. When we delete your account, we may retain certain account and related personal data for a longer period, such as where necessary to comply with our legal requirements or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including to respond to actual or potential legal claims).  For more details on how ASICS is processing your personal data, please read our  Global Privacy Policy

What are Moves?

Moves are the OneASICS™ reward currency. You earn them by doing qualifying activities (like shopping with ASICS, joining the programme, completing monthly movement streaks in Runkeeper, etc.). Moves have no cash value, can’t be transferred, can’t be sold, and are used only to unlock rewards inside OneASICS.

How do I earn Moves?

Purchases (transactional activities) 1 Move per  12 kr  spent on eligible purchases made on asics.com (and, where shown, participating full‑price ASICS stores). You need to be logged in to your account when you buy so your Moves can be credited. Online purchases credit on the day of shipment; retail credits the same day. Bonus earn periods (e.g., “double Moves week”) may appear in the Rewards Store from time to time. Non‑transactional activities  (examples) App download (ASICS App) – Moves once per successful download/account link, as shown in the Rewards Store. Join bonus – one‑time Moves when you sign up. Monthly Runkeeper streak – earn Moves by completing a 4‑week monthly movement streak tracked via ASICS Runkeeper (see “Movement Streaks”). Profile completion – Moves once per completed profile (where offered). Email subscription – Moves for your first successful subscription only. Events – Moves for registering/attending where advertised. Cap on non‑transactional Moves: You can earn up to 90 Moves from non‑transactional activities per annual cycle. After that cap, only transactional Moves continue accruing. Outlet note: Purchases on the ASICS Outlet website or in outlet stores do not earn Moves. Some benefits still apply at Outlet (see Q24).

How do Levels work?

You unlock levels by reaching Move thresholds. There are three Levels: Level 1: 150+ Moves Level 2: 300+ Moves Level 3: 800+ Moves When you reach a level, you get a 60‑day claim window to choose one reward from that level. If you unlock multiple levels at once, all their 60‑day windows start the same day. You can claim one reward per level per annual cycle. If returns drop your Moves below a level threshold during the window, your window cancels. Unclaimed levels lock after the window expires (but can re‑unlock if you later hit a higher level, opening a new 60‑day window). Benefits vs Rewards: Benefits (e.g., free shipping, birthday discount, Runkeeper Go trial) are available to all members regardless of level; Rewards are what you unlock with Moves at Levels 1–3.

Do Moves expire?

Yes. Your Move balance runs on a rolling 12‑month cycle from your join date. All Moves in your balance expire on your join‑anniversary (“Annual Moves Reset”). You’ll be notified before expiry. (Note: a reward claim window can continue up to 60 days after your Annual Moves Reset—if that window is still open when your Moves reset.)

How do I redeem Moves?

Where do I see rewards? In your Member dashboard (on asics.com or the ASICS App, where available) you can track Moves, see your current level, and view the Rewards Store. How do I claim? Once you unlock a level, your dashboard will show the available choice of rewards for that level. Select one and follow the on‑screen steps. Some rewards have additional terms you’ll need to accept during claim. Is redemption instant? Digital/discount rewards are generally available immediately once claimed; product/experience/raffle‑type rewards may have specific fulfillment rules shown at claim. Do I need to be logged in? Yes. You must be logged in to see your rewards and to claim them. (You must also be logged in at purchase to earn transactional Moves) Can I combine rewards with other promotions? Each reward will state its specific conditions (e.g., whether it can be combined) at the point of claim/use. Always check the Additional Terms of the chosen reward.
