All our products undergo a strict inspection at the production stage. ASICS provides a legal guarantee, which applies to new products before use, if they present any lack of conformity from the delivery date (e.g., a manufacturing issue). df

  • products that have been purchased somewhere else than our official ASICS online shop
  • any issue due to improper fit or misuse, e.g. using running shoes for work or other types of training
  • normal wear and tear or accidental damage, e.g. a snag or stumble
  • alteration to the product, e.g. removing or adding parts to change the fit; or negligence, e.g. exposure to extreme temperature, chemicals, contact with sharp objects, etc.
