Ich bin Ann-Sophie, 32 Jahre alt und Triathletin. Angefangen hat alles 2013 mit einer Wette und dem Laufen. Heute ist der Sport, insbesondere das Laufen, mein täglicher Ausgleich, um abzuschalten, Stress zu verarbeiten und Balance im Alltag zu finden.
