About me
Ciao! I’m Elisa, born and raised in the Italian Alps, living in vibrant Berlin. I’m a full-time running coach, content creator, and mum of one who can’t get enough of the trails. Running isn’t just exercise—it’s a journey of exploration: of the world, of yourself, of the amazing connections with other runners, and of the nature that surrounds us.
It’s my golden time to reset, create, glow, and feel fully alive. I love sharing my adventures and inspiring others to feel the joy, freedom, and strength that come from movement, nature, and connection.
Join me on my YouTube channel, The Runderluster, for free tips, routines, and vlogs. Let’s move, explore, and grow together!
