OneASICS™ Top Spender Campaign Terms & Condition

1. The "OneASICS™ Top Spender" Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by ASICS Vietnam Limited Liability Company (“ASICS”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) applicable to all the participants (each a “participant” / “you”).

2. The Campaign is valid from 15 October 2026 till 15 November 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

3. To participate in the Campaign, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements (“Requirements”): (a) be a registered and valid OneASICS™ Loyalty Program member at the time of purchase and at the time of prize verification; (b) make a minimum qualifying spend of 4,000,000 VND on ASICS products during the Campaign Period; and (c) make the qualifying purchase at any of the following Eligible Channels: (i) ASICS retail store located in Cresent Mall; (ii) the official ASICS Vietnam website (https://www.asics.com/vn/en-vn/); or (iii) the ASICS SEA mobile application. For the avoidance of doubt, partner reseller purchases, and purchases made outside the Eligible Channels do not qualify for this Campaign. 

4. The winners of the Campaign will be determined based on the total value of their qualifying spend during the Campaign Period. “Qualifying spend” refers to the cumulative final amount paid by the participant for ASICS products across all of their purchases at the Eligible Channels during the Campaign Period, after applying any vouchers, promotions, or deductions, and inclusive of VAT. Partner reseller purchases and purchases made outside the Eligible Channels will not be eligible for this Campaign. All qualifying transactions must be successfully recorded under the participant’s registered OneASICS™ account at the time of purchase. Transactions that are not reflected in the OneASICS™ system due to delayed registration, technical issues, or failure to present membership at the point of purchase will not be eligible. Returned, refunded, or cancelled purchases (whether in full or in part) will be excluded from the calculation of qualifying spend. If a participant returns any product after the winner selection but before prize fulfilment, ASICS reserves the right to disqualify the participant and revoke the Prize. In the event of a tie in qualifying spend, priority will be given to the participant who first reached the tied amount based on the timestamp of the qualifying transaction recorded in the OneASICS™ system.

5. The top 3 eligible OneASICS™ members with the highest qualifying spend during the Campaign Period (calculated after discounts, inclusive of VAT, and excluding any refunded or returned items), who meet all Requirements including at least one (1) Qualifying Purchase, will each win an exclusive curated gift set (each a “Prize”) as follows:

a. 1st Prize: 01 pair of ASICS shoes valued at VND 5,000,000 + 01 pair of ASICS PERFORMANCE RUN QUARTER SOCK valued at VND 429,000 + 01 Sony LinkBuds WF-LC900 valued at VND 4,990,000 + 01 Pocari Sweat gift set valued at VND 600,000
b. 2nd Prize: 1 pair of ASICS shoes valued at VND 5,000,000 + 01 pair of ASICS PERFORMANCE RUN QUARTER SOCK valued at VND 429,000 + 01 ASICS Performance Cap valued at VND 649,000 + 01 Pocari Sweat gift set valued at VND 600,000
c. 3rd Prize: 01 pair of ASICS shoes valued at VND 4,000,000 + 01 Pocari Sweat gift set valued at VND 600,000  

6. The Prizes are fixed and will not be substituted, varied, or exchanged unless required by operational circumstances beyond ASICS’ control, in which case ASICS may replace any item with another of equal or higher value.

7. The winners of the Campaign will be announced on 23 November 2026 (“Announcement Date”) via email notification to the winners and/or on the official ASICS Vietnam website. ASICS reserves the right to reasonably adjust the Announcement Date in the event of verification delays, provided that any such change will not materially prejudice participants.

8. ASICS’s decision regarding the winners is final and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Winners will be contacted/notified via email by avn.digital@asics.com. If any winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) days of ASICS’ notification, the winner will forfeit the Prize. ASICS may, at its discretion, award the Prize to the next eligible participant based on the Campaign mechanics.

10. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. No cash, credit or other substitution may be made. The Campaign prizes do not include any other incidental expenses e.g. transportation whatsoever.

11. The Campaign is exclusively for Vietnam citizens, permanent residents of Vietnam and/or Vietnam work pass holders excluding directors, officers, management, employees, other staff and the relatives and household members of those individuals of ASICS, agencies involved in the development of the Campaign, affiliated companies and other persons involved in the development of the Campaign.

12. Any suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Campaign will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize awarded. ASICS reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the Campaign where ASICS has reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached these T&Cs, engaged in fraud, misuse or any conduct that may compromise the fairness, integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign. Any disqualification will be exercised in a reasonable and proportionate manner and ASICS shall not be obliged to award any Prize in the event of such disqualification.

All Campaign communications, including winner notifications and inquiries, will be sent from and should be directed to this email. Notices sent to the email registered under the participant’s OneASICS™ account will be deemed received.

14. To the extent permitted by law, ASICS (including its group companies, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with this Campaign.

15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS’ reasonable control.

16. By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge, consent and agree to the following:

a. you consent to the collection, use and disclosure to relevant third parties of your personal data by ASICS for the purposes of the Campaign,
b. verification of your OneASICS™ membership status and to communicate with you for the collection of the prize in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation and ASICS’ Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://www.asics.com/vn/en-vn/customer-service/privacy-policy/privacy-policy.html.
c. Personal data that ASICS collects from you include your name , contact information and email address and your purchase transactions.
d. provide true, accurate, current and complete personal data about yourself to ASICS and
e. maintain and promptly update the personal data provided to ensure it stays true, accurate, current and complete.

ASICS may disclose your personal data to third parties strictly for the purposes of the Campaign, such as prize fulfilment partners and service providers engaged by ASICS. Where such third parties are located outside Vietnam, ASICS will ensure that the transfer is made in accordance with the requirements of the Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

17. ASICS may contact you from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address or Instagram handle provided by you in relation to the Campaign shall be deemed as received by you.

18. If any information provided by a participant is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or if ASICS has reasonable grounds to suspect such, the participant may be disqualified and ineligible to receive the prize.

19. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data by ASICS at any time. However, depending on the nature of such withdrawal, a withdrawal of consent could result in ASICS disallowing you to participate in the Campaign or to receive the prize.

20. ASICS respects your privacy and assures that your personal data will be kept securely according to the applicable privacy legislation. For any queries related to personal data, you may contact ASICS’ Data Protection Officer at: dataprotection-asia@asics.com.

21. These T&Cs are in addition to and without prejudice to the terms and conditions for purchase of ASICS products. They constitute the entire terms governing this Campaign and are to be read together with ASICS’ Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms of sale. By participating, you agree to comply with all such terms.

22. If the Campaign cannot continue due to force majeure events, including natural disasters, government restrictions, widespread system failures, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ASICS that make continuation impossible, ASICS may cancel, terminate, modify, postpone, or suspend the Campaign, provided that any such action is taken only to the extent strictly necessary in light of the circumstances. Participants are advised to access ASICS’s website from time to time to view the T&Cs and to ensure to be kept up to date on any necessary changes or variation to the T&Cs.

23. To the extent permitted by law, ASICS (including its group companies, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person arising in any way out of or in connection with this Campaign.

24. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, by participating in the Campaign, all participants agree to release and hold harmless ASICS, its affiliates, each of ASICS's officers, directors, employees and agents against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or any other cause(s) beyond ASICS’ reasonable control.

25. ASICS is not responsible for any delay, loss or damage occurring during delivery of the Prize once dispatched to the winner(s).
