ASICS FrontRunner and biokineticist Raeesa Solwa Mehtar is spearheading a four-week challenge to combat the problem most new and working mom's have of 'time to train and eat properly'

Between work, meetings, school rounds and running a household, women often find it difficult to whip up a healthy lunch meal on the go.

"We either skip altogether, grab a 'snack' on the way out, or come home starving and reach out for the first thing we see." says Raessa.

Because of this all-too-common problem, Raeesa is running a challenge for the month of March. She has teamed up with a caterer to supply four healthy lunch meals a week, as well as four 1-litre juices to help you stay motivated and on track.while she hosts two weekly training sessions. "At 5am on a Monday morning we do strength and conditioning training," she says, "and on Wednesdays there is a group run."
