About me

I am an Educational Psychologist who is absolutely passionate about running and creating running related content. My biggest goal is to inspire others to work wholeheartedly towards their passion through sharing my past and present running journey. I also have a huge passion for mental health and running has become my greatest form of therapy. As a psychologist, I certainly believe believe that running can assist people in creating and maintaining a positive and healthy mindset.
