Ciao! I’m Elisa, born and raised in the Italian Alps, living in vibrant Berlin. I’m a full-time running coach, content creator, and mum of one who can’t get enough of the trails. Running isn’t just exercise—it’s a journey of exploration: of the world, of yourself, of the amazing connections with other runners, and of the nature that surrounds us.
