Design features of ASICS men’s walking trainers

We have built our walking trainers differently to our running shoes to provide the specific performance features that long distance walkers need. These include larger lugs on the sole - which gives you better off road traction, GoreTex materials in the upper - which provides water resistance while still letting your feet breathe, as well as sole features that help prevent twisting and rolling. 

Our men’s walking shoes also feature GEL™ technology cushioning in the sole which gives you much greater comfort when walking long distances than in regular trainers and pumps. They also feature thick foam and arch support, which means you won’t feel sore after a long walk. 

Designed for men’s needs

Our men’s walking shoes are designed specifically for the needs of male walkers. We built these shoes bearing in mind men’s natural gait, the fact that men tend to be heavier than women, and their different centre of gravity. This is why choosing the right walking shoes is so vital - generic shoes are not suitable for the specific walking style and needs of men.
