I discovered my love for running in 2022 when I signed up for the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
After losing my dad to suicide, I struggled with grief, but running became a huge part of my healing. No matter how I’m feeling, a run always leaves me feeling better—physically and mentally.
The idea of "A Sound Mind in a Sound Body" means so much to me and reflects what I’ve been sharing in my journey. I want to inspire others to use exercise to support their mental health.
I’m currently training for the London Marathon and raising funds for mental health charities. This is a cause very close to my heart, and I’m passionate about spreading awareness.
