
Im Sarah Rahimaldeen. A movement enthusiast and a mother of three. I’m a Strength and Conditioning / Calisthenics coach with a speciality in pre/ postnatal training.
I started my fitness journey after the birth of my second child, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. It was a life-changing experience, discovering how amazing the human body is. It inspired me to become a coach, helping others change their lives to the better just as it changed mine.
My mission is to help and empower women throughout their stages of life, specially during pregnancy, postpartum phase as well as peri menopause and growing a supportive community. And as a coach and birthing mother retuning to sports, I support others through spreading awareness through coaching - specially amongst mothers - on caring for themselves and being mindful of their special journey while being active and building healthy habits.
I got into running through triathlon. It was an eye opener to how amazing the mind and body connect, and I’ve met amazing inspiring people along the way.
