Several ASICS FrontRunner UK & IRE members headed to Vienna at the end of May to take on the iconic ASICS Österreichischer Frauenlauf (Austrian Women's Run), joining thousands of women and girls for one of Europe's biggest and most inspiring female running events. Held in the beautiful Prater park on 31 May, the event brings together runners of all ages and abilities to celebrate movement, confidence and community, with participants choosing between 5K, 10K and Nordic Walking distances. More than a race, the Frauenlauf has spent almost four decades encouraging women to discover the joy of running while championing empowerment, inclusivity and lifelong participation in sport.

The ASICS FrontRunner team embraced the event's uplifting atmosphere from start to finish, sharing miles, smiles and plenty of encouragement along the tree-lined Prater Hauptallee. Whether chasing personal bests, running their first international race or simply soaking up the incredible support from fellow participants, the team embodied the spirit of "Here for More" alongside more than 31,000 women from around the world. It was another memorable reminder that running has the power to connect people across countries and cultures, with the FrontRunner community proudly representing the UK on one of the sport's most celebrated stages.
